At the second session our speaker was Alden Habacon, Director, Intercultural Understanding Strategy Development, who talked about IU strategy with a focus on staff resilience and what that means for an institution like ours. Lunch was St. John`s Dining Society`s Greek buffet!

The inaugural “Hot Lunch” initiative was held at at St. John’s College January 29. Lisa Castle, Vice President, Human Resources, spoke on how the initiative came about.
