At the Beijing Reunion, Johannean Mr. Hong, who painted beautiful callligraphy characters to be used for new Chinese signage for SJC’s clock tower, showed us his original SJU graduation ring and his alumni jacket. The new clocktower signage will be officially unveiled at the Founders Dinner in Fall 2012.

Principal Henry Yu, Associate Principal Chris Lee, and SJC alumni and SJC/SJU Living Memory Project photographer/videographer Aaron Tam went to the 2011 Worldwide Reunion of Johanneans in Beijing in October, along with local Vancouver Johanneans such as Dr. Hsu, her husband and fellow Johannean Dr. Yu, and other friends of SJC UBC such as Johanneans Mr. Steve Wong and Mr. T.F. Ying.
