Responding to a Disclosure of Sexual Assault
This workshop is designed to build the capacity of attendees to respond appropriately to a disclosure of sexual assault and provide referrals to campus and community resources. Participants will learn how to support someone who makes a disclosure and will leave the session with practical skills to take with them.

Speak Up! Creating Respectful Communities
In this workshop, attendees will learn about what makes a respectful community at UBC. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to use inclusive language, how to interrupt discriminatory practices, and how to respond respectfully to being ‘called out’ – all of which are foundational to fostering a respectful community. This is ideal for UBC members who want to enhance their work, study and living communities.
